Why ATS-friendly?

Most UK recruiters use Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to filter CVs automatically. These systems struggle with fancy designs, tables, photos, and unusual fonts. Our templates use:

Standard fonts (Calibri / Arial)
Single-column layout
Plain text, no graphics or text boxes
Standard section headings (Work Experience, Education, Skills)
UK-specific data: CSCS, Right to Work status, EUSS/visa info

Tips for Romanians applying to UK jobs

Always state Right to Work status in the header — EU Settled Status, Pre-Settled, Health & Care Worker Visa, etc.
Translate certifications to UK equivalents where possible — "Diploma de bacalaureat" → "UK Level 3 / High School Diploma".
Use UK English spelling — "organisation" not "organization", "colour" not "color".
Include UK phone format — "+44 7700 900000" (drop leading 0 if international).
List specific UK certifications — CSCS, CPC, Care Certificate, DBS, IELTS, etc.
